In my research I focus on bringing Human-Centered Design and AI together to define actionable Human-Centered Artificial Intelligence (HCAI) guidelines for the ethical and trustworthy design, development, and governance of AI operations.
In my doctoral research, I explore specifically the integration of HCAI within the public service, but my knowledge and contribution goes beyond the public sector.
